IAD 2016 - 10th French Network for "Domestic Animal Immunology"

Picture
The French network for Domestic Animal Immunology (i.e. Réseau Français d’Immunologie des Animaux Domestiques or IAD) gathers scientists from INRA (French National Institute for Agricultural Research), Anses (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety), French Agricultural and Vet schools, and partners from private firms. All are interested in immune mechanisms and vaccine developments in livestock, sport or companion animals. The IAD network holds biennial symposia that, while initially aimed at promoting national research in this field, have become increasingly international in scope.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that the next IAD network symposium will be held in Ploufragan, France on March 17th-18th 2016. French but also European researchers from the academic and industrial sectors are invited to participate. Internationally renowned experts will share their expertise in keynote lectures. Several scientific sessions will permit to share knowledge in different scientific areas such as post-infectious immune responses, arthropod vectors and immunity, immunomodulation, basic and comparative immunology, genetic and immunity, vaccinology, etc. Based on abstract selection, oral presentations and posters will allow giving an overview of the current status and ongoing activities on these subjects. Young scientist presentations are strongly encouraged.

The Local Organizing Committee of the IAD 2016, together with the Scientific Committee, look forward to welcoming you in Ploufragan in March 2016 and assure that your participation will be fruitful and productive!
